During summer of 2009, I volunteered as a camp counselor for kids with a history of cancer. During this camp, I acquired symptoms that escalated into a high fever, cough, phlegm interalia other symptoms on the last day which, by the time I got home had me exhausted. The next day, we received a circular from the Vancouver Coastal Health Authorities that one of our campers was diagnosed positive for the "swine flu" (H1N1) and that anyone else having the symptoms were to self-quarantine for a week.…(more)
